Train Simulator NEXT is a new platform in the train simulation genre. Take a seat as a train driver in railway vehicles and drive interesting high-speed, local or freight routes. You will have to learn how to properly accelerate and brake the trains with their hundreds of tons of mass. At the same time, you are expected to comply with the rules of railway traffic: you can expect many behavior patterns related to signals in railway operations, irregularities, disruptions and, of course, train radio. A modern train seems to drive around with dozens of technologies, which you are also supposed to operate.

If that's a bit too much for you, you can also sit back and let the train drive automatically in exploration mode. This gives you plenty of opportunities to take appropriate screenshots or simply relax and enjoy the landscape from a traveler's perspective.

• In this simulation game, you transport passengers and goods with different types of trains.
• Learn about different jobs in the railway industry: such as high-speed, local and freight transport.
• The application is aimed at both beginners and professionals: choose the mode that suits you, from the job simulator to the convenience of automatic vehicle control and help with operation.
• In the learning center, you will learn how to control a railway vehicle, how to operate the network and how to interpret signals and their rules. The rules are taught to you at appropriate learning levels using videos, instructions and driving exercises. You can take tests and then print out a small certificate for yourself.
• A high-speed train awaits you, which travels at up to 450 km/h in regular operation. You can also drive regional and freight trains with multiple units and locomotives.
• The route to the simulator takes you from Berlin to another big city and offers a travel time of around 1 hour and 40 minutes with the high-speed train at 450 km/h. Parallel to this route is a new line with a speed of 120 to 200 km/h, which stops at many important places. Some places have special connections for the freight industry and storage facilities.
• The modern platform is efficient and open and offers many interfaces for extensions.
• Enjoy the modern graphics technology with DirectX 12 and ray tracing for realistic shadows, reflections and self-shading. The graphics settings automatically adapt to the performance of your computer.
• Included editors and tools allow you to create and edit routes and activities and help develop new trains. Documentation and video instructions are also included in the package.
• In the simulator, you have your train driver character and can view statistics about your driving style.
