Private information in emails is treated with care. If you want to email us, send it to support@trainsimnext.com using your email client application. The time for a response may take up to two weeks. Emails with strange content, problematic content, with questions about internal relations or information or just plain spam will not be answered. Do not send multiple emails with the same content; otherwise they will be rejected. Emails with legally problematic content are usually reported to the authorities.
Due to the laws and regulations in Germany, we are obliged to provide you with a postal address. Please consider writing emails instead of sending us mail, as this form of communication is faster, more stable, usually free and secure for both parties. Letters that you send to us are always of an official and administrative nature and will be treated accordingly. Letters with legally problematic content are typically reported to the authorities.

The license document for the use of Train Simulator NEXT, referred to as the extended user agreement, can be downloaded and read here. You will need a program that can display PDF documents properly.
Please note that the extended user agreement is written for international recipients and is in addition to the distribution platform agreements. It does not relieve you of any applicable rights and obligations.
